Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle refunds and replacements:

Orders Not Received

• If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund or resend the product.
• If your package is not received, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is required for a refund or resend.

Tracking Information Alerts

If the tracking information shows an alert due to reasons such as an incorrect/insufficient address, unknown recipient, refusal, non-pickup, no safe delivery location, uncleared customs, or other issues:

• The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times. If unclaimed, the package will be stored at the local post office for 3-7 days before being returned to the sender. We are not responsible for any losses during the return process.

Damaged Products

• We offer a full refund or replacement for packages that arrive badly damaged.
• We offer a partial refund or replacement for packages that are partially damaged (excluding minor issues like threads, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc.).
• No refunds for damaged packing boxes due to long-distance international delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Products

• We offer a full refund or replacement for incorrect products.
• For products with wrong color/size that do not affect function, we offer a refund or resend with proof of complaint.
• For missing parts that do not affect function, we may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part. For missing parts that affect function, we will resend the product.
• For accessories, we will resend the missing items.

Order Cancellation

• We offer a full refund for cancellations before products are processed by warehouses.
• After payment, certain orders (POD, preorder inventory, video, and photo orders) cannot be canceled.

Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for any product damage or shipping delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, wars, customs inspections).

Return Policy

• We do not offer returns due to high international shipping costs.

Dispute Deadline

• Disputes cannot be opened if the order status is closed or if the tracking information is untraceable.
